AHHHHHH i just got rear ended!!!!!

so im coming home from work im driving on a 2 lane highway and i can see an accident about 100 yards up the road. traffic is at a stand still so i slow down to a stop while im talking to my mom on my phone. then not more than 2 seconds later i hear some screatching tires from someone slamming on their brakes i look in my reir view mirror then BAM! my phone goes flying out of my hand and im cursing and screaming pissed as hell. so i pick up my phone and tell my mom i call her later. so i get out and this short mexican guy gets out of his ford truck that he just rear ended me in. so i look at my car and the trunk is all crooked the bumper is screwed and the rear fender is pushed into my rear passanger side tire. so i go up to him and he goes.

"my truck is broken."

so then i say let me see your insurance info. thenhe replies

"i have no insurance."

im thinking to myself wow what a suprise small mexican guy who can barely speak english and has no insurance. so i say let me see your license. and he goes.

"i have no license."

at this point im pretty pissed so i go to my car grap a pen and a receipt to take down his license plate. then he offers me $200 to get my car fixed. i tell him to go

f*uck himself because $200 anit gunna fix anything especially on an audi parts are expensive as hell for them. so then a fire truck comes by from the accident thats a little ways ahead of us and says we have to move are cars because we may get hit. so i say ok and tell the guy to meet me on the other side of the road and well settle this. while im moving my car i call 911 and i see him pass by me and take off. so then one of the fire fighters comes by and ask me if i got his license plate # and i gave it to him and he called a chp officer to look out for him. then we file a report and get my car towed. its locked up in a tow yard right now untill AAA takes it over to a body shop to get it repaired. and i have to miss work tomorrow because

1. i have no way to get to work

2. i have to meet my insurance agent and get a rental car. they will cover me for 30 days on a rental car.

Im pissed! i just got the car and some moron going to fast has to hit me. im just hoping that my frame isnt bent or anything. and the moron is driving around with no insurance and no license. i hope he got stuck in traffic and busted. i hope he was an illegal imagrant and gets arrested and deported. $200 to fix my car what an insult. then he tries saying well my car is damaged also. why dont you pay for half and ill pay for half. i told him i aint paying for shiznit you hit me aint my fault you dont know how to drive!

no i have full coverage and uninsured motorist. the onyl way iw ould have to pay for anything would be if the accident was my fault. in which case it would be a $500 deductable. but i was rear ended its always the rear enders fault no excuses. so i can take my car anywhere to any shop to get it fixed. im just praying its just the body and not the fram or anything important.

ya its been weird lately, my cuz got in a crash with a freind 2 weeks ago and received 4000 for injury crap then she got in a crash with her car 3 days later, yep exactly 4000 dollars on the estimate, then my other cuz totaled his monte 5th crash in 2 years, 3rd totaled car, then i got rear ended, man to many crashes

yea tow truck truver said it looks like maybe $5,000 to $6,000 worth of damage based upon other accidents hes seen before. thank god i have full coverage

it was a late 80's early 90's ford truck 1500 size long bed his drivers side fender caved in and his bumper was tweaked. the audi took the impact pretty good though it didnt hurt anr anything and he was going pretty fast
