AHHH! Need help... RCA cut.

Well me and my friend were trying to pull out my old pioneer 7700mp and one of my pairs of RCAs was caught on something and it got pulled out, like the wire part got pulled out of the Red/White end. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif Is there any way to resplice the two together? i have bare wires from inside the actual rca, so how hard is it to resplice the rcas? because i would have to remove my panels to get the rca out.
