Well, what do you think?
A decent normal headunit costs $200-300 easily. You're looking for a TV screen (motorized), DVD player, cd player combo for $300.

Of course they are shitty. They are cheaply made with crap parts and you're lucky if it lasts 6 months before crapping all over itself.

Do yourself a favor, save up some money, and buy a decent unit.

This right here is why the electronics market is going to shit. Everybody wants something for nothing, thus forcing companies to start making shittier products that they can sell for less money.

I term this the walmartization of america. Their slogan of always cheaper prices flies in the face of normal inflation. The cheap stuff made in China is coming to an end in a few years though, so all this really cheap stuff is gonna go WAY up in price - especially if they want to keep their 200-300% profit margins.

Then the world will just find another cheap manufacturing country. We still have not tapped the continent of Africa.

I remember when Japan then Taiwan were the "China's" of today. The cheapest crap in the world came from them. Now they make better merchandise...in general...and the world moved to China because of the very low pay and basically non-existant over sight of quality and a careless disregard for pollution controls.
