AGM Battery Issues

Hello, I have 4 c&d 55ah 12.8 volt resting batteries that I want to run with a 2k. I don't have a AGM battery as a starter battery just a regular acid 12.6 resting battery. I wanted to know if I should wire them str8 to the starter battery with fuses between the batteries and if so 2 runs both neg & pos would be good, or should I put a 200amp isolator on the setup. I was going to charge the batteries with a AGM charger. Thanks for any kind of help guys

Whenever I've mixed agm with non-agm it hasn't been problematic without an isolator. The four agm batteries is plenty to run 2k so you could also just ditch the front battery

1 run of 1/0 to the back should be fine, assuming you have a stock alt and don't have a G31 batt under the hood.
