aftermarket to aftermarket harness???

Currently have a Sony CDX-C7000X in my 1993 Saab

Looking to intall an Alpine CDA 9885

Previous aftermarket install didn't use a harness---they cut and reconnected

I have the wiring diagrams for both stereos----

Is there a source for a harness that would go between the two? if not is there a source for the supplies needed to make it happen (basically a blank or empty 16 pin --- both male and female)

end of the day I'm trying to go from the Sony 16 pin adaptor which is connected to the car now to the Alpine 16 pin w/ out cutting wires.

Ultimatly this will allow me to easily swap the sony back in when I sell the car

I would head to the junk yard and pick up a stock harness and reconnect it.
