Hey now. Anyone have a HO alt on a Honda Accord 2011? Or '10-12

If you do, how's it going? Any issues?

11 and under works fine. 12 and up has the weird PCM control so voltage is bad regardless of what you are doing.

One company we are working with is working on a bypass though. No check charging system light, and constant 14.8v charging voltage.

Once we have 3-4 people interested we can do a group buy for custom machined alternators + the bypass. Won't be cheap though. Expect $800-1000 per person.

Same story. Regulation is going to be messed up until an integration module is made.

Isn't there a switch or relay you can install that tricks into thinking there's a load on all the time?

Not that I'm aware of. We haven't got anyone willing to drop the necessary money to tool a bypass/integration circuit that's plug and play so it hasn't been done yet.

I just run my headlights all the time. This triggers the alt to stay on all the time. Does your accord have the 130amp alt?
