if a box is 12 inches high 30 inches wide and 14 inches deep what size aero port do i need to tune it to 50 hz and 38 hz

those are the max dimensions the aeroports will be external

for 50hz and 1 port you need 7.25 inch of straight lenght, and for 38hz w/ 1 port you need 16 inch's of straight lenght

psp's flared ports or just 6" PVC?

http://www.thrilleraudio.com/searchresult.aspx?CategoryID=12 has psp-ins ports. Just remember that with those kits, you need to trim off 5" of the length and cut the tube to that new number and then add the flares...

PSP says for 2.165ft^3 (as per your max dimensions):

50Hz - 9.66" straight; 10.66" flared

38Hz - 19.93" straight; 20.93" flared
