aero ports...? HD315's

My original thread was hijacked to all hell so....

I have been discussing my issues with people (box size) and was told that aero ports would help me get more box area is the ports dont take up as much space and all.

I am wondering if someone can help me out on this. If i have a 9ft^3 box (aftter sub displacement) how would i go about tuning it to 38Hz-40Hz using aero ports?

where can i buy the ports? i know NOTHING about aero porting, or box designing in general for that matter...
