Essentially, the volume of air inside the vented chamber of your box and the volume of air inside the port (along with the area of the port opening) form a ratio that effects tuning. The longer the port, the deeper the box is tuned...

hope so... i just upgraded my amp to a better one. and got this into my blazer. just need to get stuff measured
