Advice on sites to buy good 4-channel for active.

I'm looking into Orion, Soundtream, Sundown, PG, ....pretty much anyone that makes a 100w+ x 4 amp that is under $200. I don't need fancy processing on the amps, just power. I've been scrounging e-bay, cardomain, and a couple other sites. I can't keep up with alot of them, and I'm sure there are plenty I'm not aware of. Please give me your suggestions. I've also been watching the classifieds for well over a month, but everything that seems to be sold is either under power, or over $200.

Nice. Man, I really appreciate that. I just found one for $120. The ONLY thing I don't like about it is the screw plate terminals. I have one like that now and it drives me nuts, but for $120 who cares.

Do you know anything about them other than the specs?

Edit: Oops. I got excited but this is @ 2 ohms. I need 4 ohms. Man, I was about to buy that too. No joke.

Didnt Robert Zeff (founder of Zapco) design the D3 amps for Diamond?

I thought I read that somewhere.

D3's a bust. Not enough power @ 4 ohms. Anything else?

I have that 4-channel Arc amp. 4050xxk to be exact. Great amp, but yeah it does 50w x 4 @ 4 ohm load. Great SQ amp though. I think if you really look, you can find one for under $200 used though.

Dunno about buying US amps on the internet though. I went to their site but couldn't find any info regarding warranty of internet purchases. Anyone know?

^^ That price seems way too good to be true. I checked his previous auctions and contacted some of the buyers. If they are still satisfied with the amps, then I might go that route. Thanks for the heads up.

I think that I saw ikesound.com selling the orion 4800 for $119 plus shipping.

Not sure if they are still runnig that deal or not.
