I have dual batteries; yellowtop in the front and a Kinetik HC2000 in the rear. My priority is keeping the kinetik decently charged. I bought a PAC 200amp relay but never installed it, would it be beneficial or would the voltage drop from using a relay make it worse?

My distribution block has a voltage reader, and it idles above 12v and is about 13.5 to 14v with car running but that's with the two battery+ wired together obviously.
