Have you priced a lexan windshield or door glass. Seems like you want a burp car, Ive been in daily driven cars suvs that are stupid loud and didn't have half of that stuff.

I have priced it out. Four sheets of 1 inch thick 12" by 12" squares cost me $132, with expedited shipping. I don't think that's too bad. I'd do the windshield in two pieces.

Not walled, subs up port back. You could fit two 18s sub up port back depending on how big of a box your 18s need. My next build is going to wall it to see what it does. As far as alts I'm sure you can make it happen but they don't sell kits for it like that. Uses the same motor as a civic and crx of that same year iirc. D16a1

Civic and crx have higher peaks which is good for burp cars. No room for alts. And two door tahoes are rare in nice conditions for a good price.... Just get a four door Tahoe or burban for cheap...

**** it up and wall the truck. You won't ruin the interior if you do it correctly. You can buy replacement carpet and headliners pretty cheap with better material than stock anyway.
99-06 GM full size vehicles are the perfect platform to get loud in.

Then it's an 07 classic which is the same as a 00-06.

It's silly to spend money on a second vehicle when you have a prime candidate sitting in your driveway that's already started on.

My truck is 80% deadened all inside and my panels are fine.

Headliner shakes, but because i removed the back clips that held it in place.

Only thing thats been getting torn up and destroyed is my a-pillars and rear view mirror.

Yes, lots of movement by the rear dome light. The plexi wall is going there.

I took my dome light out, sprayed foamed the cr8p outta it. It does nto vibrate anymore.

You're not building an extreme vehicle, so why treat it like one? Plenty of people are doing 160s without all of that nonsense; there's no need for all that with 2 subs.

Just a stripper pole, some weather strip foam tape, deadener, fiberglass and matt and gorilla tape can do wonders.

Another good thing about the crx is that you can get lex windshield and rear side windows and the rear hatch windows
