Admin, why was my PV Audio name perma-banned?

I realize I said n***a once, but that's it. I'm failing to realize how that constitutes a perma ban, especailly when the circumstances such as timing are of that I was banned by someone who didn't even see that I wrote it while I was explaining how I got unbanned. I already PMed you a few times, got this account temp-banned, and this doesn't break the TOS so there's no reason to delete or lock this thread. Just trying to get info because I have around 4 pending deals via PM that I need to attend to.
