Admin. Help Please!!

I just finished making a pretty nice sig. image and was going to post it tonight, but it is too big! I spent a lot of time on this, and it is animated so I was wondering if there is any way to fix this? The image is 600 pixels by 150 pixels (I made sure it was small enough) but it is too large (around 150 kb instead of 78.1). I really need all the stuff in the signature because it shows the cars I own that I am working on Audio systems for. Please take a look at: http://www.thehouseofdeath.com/TSL-sig-picture.gif and let me know if there is anything that can be done. Any help is VERY appreciated... this took a while.
