adding tweeters to system

hey guys, looking for some help installiung some tweeters. im not sure which ones i want to get yet, but im trying to figure out hopw to wire them. wire them directly to my speakers? to the head unit? amp? etc etc etc/ or buying a crossover maybe idk. any help will be appreciated

btw i have all aftermarket speakers, cant remember exactly what they are but i know 2 are kenwoods and 2 are alpines. i also have a kenwood HU and a pair of subs powered by a kenwood amp

Wire them straight off the battery, then to your headunit for the most dynamic sound.

i would get the kenwood kfc-st30 tweets and wire them in parallel with whatever is on your front channel, they also come with an inline crossover, I love these things, but before doing that I would make sure the rms ratings are near the same and the amp puts out at least 100 x 4 @ 2 ohms
