Adding "L" to the SQ....

How is a delay created when running the rear deck? I've wondered this.
You delay the speakers the same way you use t/a to set your front stage up. they should just be delayed moreso made to be seem like back wall reflections...some go by Haas Effect (20-30ms iirc) some just go by ear.

Yes, but he already has decently loud speakers. If it was my install I'd just add power and work on aiming before swapping speakers but that isn't what the thread is about.
this is what I'd decided to do. Gonna up my power and maybe go to the kicks with my mids or something. I need to see what kind of enclosure they like best anyway. Maybe I can get more out of em.

Any ideas on an enclosure for this driver? They're IB in my door right now, but maybe something else would work a little better....

Bought a Boston Gt42 today that I'm gonna bridge to the mids and double their power and the Aura will be moved to the tweets which will triple their power. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Put the Boston GT42 amp in and bridged it to the mids which doubled the power and, while the midrange got a little louder, the midbass got dramatically louder. I had to raise the xover point to 63hz 24db slope to keep them from bottoming on really punchy song and breaking up in the midrange on other songs. After playing around and getting them to blend with the tweets like before the amp change, I decided the increase in volume I got in the midrange performance wasn't worth me having to raise my xover point and slope to accomodate (and putting so much stress on the speakers) so I went back to the Aura amp. and the Boston amp will probably be used for my tweets and rears. I will also be looking into other drivers that will take the power of the Boston amp a little better if need be.
