adding midbass- how and is it worth it?

I already have Boston Acousitc comps in the factory location in my car and I'm thinking about adding a pair of 8" kicker rmb8's b/c of their mounting depth in the doors.

I had mb quart 3-way comps in my 4Runner and loved the sound. Would it be worth adding the midbass to my new car (soundwise)?

How would I add them to the already existing component set? Crossover, wiring, amp etc.

The speakers are running off of an Xtant 604 amp. Can I buy a 3-way crossover like the ones that come with 3-way sets? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

DUDE......."it's worth it"

If you have the extra current from your electrical system and the available power from an amplifier, it is well worth it. I can't help you with the rest though..... sorry......//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
