Adding Another battery and Big 3

Im going to be running ~2400W daily. I plan on doing the big 3 and adding another battery. I dont exacally thick wire yet, but im thinking about doing it with what I have right now and upgrading it when I get 1/0. It is this store bought stuff with terminals on each end, not too thick at all but I guess its better than nothing.

How big/model do I need of a battery for the amount of power im running? How exacally do I wire up a second battery?

If you do not have at least actual 4ga, I would not even mess with the big three

Big 3 in at least 4ga and 0 ga between the batteries and amps.

Underhood battery+ -fuse-------fuse--back battery + (both fuses within 18" of each battery)

Underhood battery neg too back battery neg

I would use atleast a group 27 sized agm like a kinetik HC2000 or a group 31 sized hc2400.

What car/alt rating?

Its a 2004 Dodge ram 1500 4.7v8. I dont know the size of the alt.

I guess Ill get some 1/0 then.

So the under hood + connects to the under hood + with 2 fuses. and just connect the neg. and neg. of both batterys together and the back battery will ground through the front?

2400W is how much i'll be running.
