Added nitrous to my car.

I'm about doing things yourself and performance, not trying to look cool. I respect the people that put time and effort into building their car no matter what it is, not some dumb ricer that watched the fast and the furious then decided to put nitrous on his car. Great example is that 12 second minivan or how about my friend that works at a dealership, his boss payed him to build a turbo kia... http://www.homemadeturbo.com/forum/index.php?topic=38005.0 People are like WTF turbo a kia? Well it didn't cost him anything, so why not.
van's are crazy, I hate to get beat by a van //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif Than again my car does weight like 2 1/2 tons //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

those kia intake manifolds are actually a good way to go EFI on older mazda truck fyi. I was going to do the swap and didnt get to it, before the motor went, and we had to move.

And I dont know if this has been stated yet...but ANYONE who adds Nos to their car and isnt a ricer, its more than likely the VERY last thing that's done to the car. With the exception of possibly upgrading the turbo and what not. But point is, ALL the internals that are going to get upgraded, get upgraded before Nos or turbo. You dont sit here on the internet with all these "and if's" or "maybes" about that stuff.

I raced my mom's 91 pontiac transport minvan (no turbo lol) against a stock vx hatch one night, I was totally winning until the end! **** top end on hondas. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

That and they dont have the gay "little red button." My companies drag car used a progressive injection system based on RPM...kicked serious ***...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif

Worth mentioning, yes, but it's not like he would know what that meant.

The ONLY reason I would add nitrous to a car would be to spool the HUGE turbo at the track, but I would just get a ball bearing turbo before I did that. Nitrous gets old pretty fast, it's just a fun little kick in the pants, when your young or don't have funds for a cheap custom turbo kit. It's used out street racing a lot, but a good turbo setup would always by my first option and smoke the nitrous cars.

DAYUM! Do those thing really weigh that much? My car tips the scales at 3500.
1996 LS400

Weight : (kg) 1,656 = 3,643.2 + 250 (sub/box/amps) + 200 (me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif ). = About 4,100. Off by little less than 1/2 ton //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
