Acura RSX and Kenwood KVT-910

I sold my KVT-910 to a local yesterday and he hooked it up and it all works and plays but his cruise control no longer works and neither does his keyless entry. HE through his old deck in (jensen) and it worked fine. I never had the issue with my deck or even heard of this before, does anyone know how it can be fixed?

its more than likley some wrong wiring

dont mess with the telephone mute wire,or dont miss place the illumination wire

well how come the jensen works when he puts that in? what color are those wires so i can tell him what to look at?

could be something touching,a flipout is harder to stuff in a dash than a reg hu

wen hooking up the kenwood,dont hook up nothing extra,just speakers and hot switched and ground,and remote and see wat happens
