Active Capable Amp

Heres the amp controls, that should work then I think... Hey OP I hope you dont mind me posting in your thread but I thought it may help you out too

Usually you put more to the mid than the tweet in an active setup. Tweeters are more sensitive, so putting the same power to both....the tweeter will be louder. Some passive x-overs have tweeter attenuation for this reason of -3 or -6 db.

 
The CCX65 kit is rated 100rms, but the tweets from it are rated 60rms. So Im assuming the mids will take 100rms.

My amp is rated for 80x4, so if I went active with it, it would be under powering the mids.

 
All things equal, going from 80 watts to 100 watts RMS isn't going to be that big of a deal and will barely noticeable, if at all. In all honesty, I'd be more worried about over powering the tweeters in your case versus under powering the mids.
