depends on what went out. what kind or refridgerant is used. If it has the newer stuff in it and it's jsut low you can refill it yourself. If its the old system its $$$ no matter what.

what's wrong with it? a 94 may have the 134 or whatever the hell it is, but it's a long shot. you can always buy the conversion kit and switch it over

about $30. my 95 grand cherokee had the newer stuff in it so maybe yours does too. it should say under the hood.
