Im a general contractor.. 3ooo sq ft is a good size... Im building 13 lots right now, all tract dingers, 14-1450 sq ft..

and i dont know why the closing cost is 5k ... they said 4-5k so im taking worse case sernario.... after the house is built with the what the land is worth.. the house should be worth around 350k

I remember the first trailer i had built for myself.. kinda stressful enjoy it.. its small, but you can always upgrade next house!
