well im building my first real house of my own going to break ground in about a month... 3021sq ft.. i know its not huge but not bad for a first house and me being 23yrs old ... and its got a theater so that build is going to be on here... wish me luck on spending all my **** money

that sq footage is for the house and the garage.. doesnt include front patio or rear.... i think the front one is like 90sqft and the rear patio is like 280.... and i dont think ill be going in forcloser... i already own the land its going on so my morgage is under a grand.... try to find a apartment for that

How much money are you putting down on this house if you don't mind me asking?

I was going to have my next house built as well, but with land and everything else it goes into it, it would cost to much.

since the land is already paid for the bank uses the land as colateral so i dont have to put anything down... i only have to come out of pocket around 5k for closing cost and prepaids
