im about to buy a 200a alt from excessive amperage, will this be enough for my a3000db and 0v2 400 and regular stuff ?

its a 99 blazer and he said the large case will fit with stock mounting bracket so that is what i am getting, starts charging at 600rpms, and does 14.6v i think, will i notice a good increase because i think my alt is shot it has little jumps in loudness, and has alaways done this with my viper too, never noticed it with my other system i had before that was sucky

i am getting it from excessive amperage group buy anyone object? will this be good, because 250a is 60$ more //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif and i dont know if i really need the xtra amperage, the a3000 ulls a max of 160a i believe when playing

im with him. i would have to go with the extra amperage. better to have more than not enough and be out the money, trying to sell it, and then having to hustle up some extra to get the other one you should have started with.

well..by the looks of your system...u can and should go with the 250a alt...its only $60 bucks more...for 50a....might as well have more than enough than not enough

i will prolly get the 200, i dont really blast the music forever, and i just dont see the need for the 250, but i just want some extra power, and the stock isnt helping, i think the alt isnt happy right now

The 250 probably won't do much more, if any, then the 200 at idle...and that's probably where you'll need the output the most IMO.

i bought the 200a, he said if i need 250a he can rewind it for 70-80$ with shipping, so no big deal, about how much it cost extra for it, but it should be here thursday or friday, because im about 2 hrs away from him

270$ for 200a large case charges at 600rpms or so, so it will do good for me, will let everyone know when i get it and some pics, nathan is a real great guy to talk to, real helpful

if you need one now is good time, they have a group buy so 10%off, and if 11 people buy an esxtra 5% off

how bad is it that when i hit lock on my keychain my inside lights dim pretty bad?/ dosent seem to good to me, im thinking my alt dosent charge my batt hardly at all with the system on

Hey man, hope you had fun in Florida!

Have you upgraded your stock battery yet? When I went from the typical/stock battery to an Optima Red, the difference was amazing. My car cranks/runs better and there are virtually no dimming problems. If you get a better battery along with your new alternator you should be perfectly fine. Remember what I'm going to be running?

Are you going to be at the show this Tuesday night? It's the 26th from 6-8 again.
