About to buy a used car

Alright well lets not hop on the train of being rude to DiBonaventura lol... Im just trying to get help on what car to buy... I like sportsy types of cars like are there really no somewhat modern cars with that special little look to them that the older ones have?

most of the Honda lines will work... I'm actually car hunting now myself since I totaled mine out, but my budget is more than urs but Honda is on line and Hyundai as they have great warranty even used off Hyundai dealer lots. 5k isn't much honestly but if you work just use it on a 10k car down payment and pay monthly man

For the gas milage, and realiability, Buy an Acura/Honda,used are even great cars.A 90-93 Integra is a great car, especially if you get the 5spd,and bolt on performance parts are cheap, and easily able to increase Horsepower.Look up how to kill a Honda on You Tube, and maybe you will consider the Honda line up of cars.I drive a 90 DX hatch, and it gets 35 plus/5spd.Its ugly, but starts up every time, never let me down, and only cost me $1500 bucks, and has A/C.I can get almost 400 miles out of a tank of gas with my foot at 75mph.The Integra 90-93 model cars are great also,I am looking for another one rt now,5spd.One of the best cars I have ever owned, and one of the quickest cars too.I could drive mine @ 75 mph throw it in 3rd, run up to 110,then hit 4th, run up to 125, and bury it at 145 no problem.Got about 28mpg with my foot @75mph.That 1.8 can trash alot of v8 if it wants too,and you know how to drive it.

Not bad...
Yea and Im pretty sure they come pretty inexpensive too but the main thing is servicing it? Expensive? Inbetween ? What about if I worked on it myself is the wiring simple and if I make a simple mistake its not that bad? I just worked on a bimmer and I was scared Shizless

They are cheap and easy... Cars from Germany like BMW's are pricey as hell to maintain, repair, and work on... Do you get a lot of snow?

Hondas are pretty easy to work on in my opinion, at least the older models I have had.Parts hardly ever wear out, and mechanics have said that they rarely get to work on the Acuras, with exception of changing oil/doing tune ups.I read that on Car and Road about a year ago,Wiring any car can become an issue,if you let it be.Acura is a Primo Honda.Just from experience..If the Honda/Acura has approx 100,000 miles on it, get the timing belt changed out, and do the water pump at the same time.Cost you like $400 all together with labor, and it will go another 100,000.The Timing belt is only supposed to last like 100K but ive been over, and it went @125 or so, but for $400 bucks and a new water pump?My brother still drives the Acura with no issues/92 Integra
