Why the hell do you keep on editing your ****? I don't honestly care if I sound dumb? Atleast i'm putting forth the effort to figure out what to do. I mean when it comes to cars I don't know alot but thats kinda why I joined? That's kinda why alot of people join is it not? Anyways if you cant answer my "retarded questions" then why are you wasting your time on my post? Do you not have anything better to do?

that line is Shit anyways, you want a $5k car that wont kill your bank and maintain cheap, get a maintained civic, accord, camry, corolla, celica, TL, CL, (no Vdubs are gunna last under 5k), hondas and toyotas have great life and low maintenance. If your trying to get a fast good car for 5k, good luck.

He said he just checked out Carfax and was happy I shared it with him. He also told me that the carfax only give you an option to go back to 1994 which is very true so how is he supposed to carfax a 1986 car anyways

5k is waaaayyyyy too much for a 86 bromaro. you can expect problems, seals going bad all over, leaks, and im sure its been ragged on hardcore.

and as @Bettr n&\#39; Revrse said, its a fail bc its an autobox. and also, it wont feel as peppy with the auto.

305s are pretty gutless, and get poor mileage.

1 positive, it could get pretty loud lol

Im gunna tell you right now man and am not trying to be rude but unless you are good with cars dont buy an old muscle car...

All cars will need proper maintenance and you will still need to have it properly inspected before you buy. The ones I listed was more on the sarcastic side as they can be pretty expensive in good shape but are classic muscle cars. If you're looking for more modern then look towards some of the ones Dirtrider mentioned. I'm a big Civic fan as they are built very well and will last a long time if taken care of.
