? About JBL BPX1100.1, 300.4

Ok so im setting my gain on my BPX1100.1 and 300.4 and the jbl amps have the light on it that will flash on musical peaks, stay solid red when being overdriven, which im assuming is like setting gain with a dmm only built in.

well it says play a "dynamic cd" and increase the gain until the light starts to flash on peaks when setting, what cd would you guys recommend or should i just download test tones and do it. which tone would you download? should i used the tone for both amps?
