I'm running a DLS RA40 with 50 amp fuses and a Cadence ZRS 1502 80 amp fuses. I've done the big 3with kun 0 ga. and have a 120 amp fuse inline from the alternator.I plan to replace the alternator soon but not right now with a 165 amp. My ? is should I run a larger fuse from the alternator for right now ? I am replacing the inline fuse to the amps with a 130 amp fuse then split from a dis. block fused for each amp. And if so would it hurt anything if I used a 200 amp fuse from the alternator?

overkill on your fuses never hurts anything. you could have a 500 watt shit amp and run a 300 amp inline fuse and be fine. and if its too small, it will just simply blow.
