I'm looking to put whatever sub I get in about 2.0ft^3, tuned to 32hz. So if that effects it, just thought I'd let it be known.

w6v2 would probably be easier to afford if you want to go JL.

The new Ascendant Audio line should be coming out fairly soon. The new Arsenals should definitely be worth the wait.

Yeah, I was thinking the D9, but I didn't know if it was a strictly SQ sub or if it was their SPL sub.

To my knowledge, Diamond Audio is an SQ-oriented company. The Diamond site claims that the D9 is equally capable in both SQ and SPL. I would personally go with the D6 because it's a great SQ sub, and is less than $200.

I would get a couple used rl-p's, you can get a couple 12s off these forums for around that Im sure.
