Clamps and biscuts make for a better finish. No screw holes or heads to fill. It is used in cabinetry so the wood can be stained and not have ugly off color dots that dont flow with the grain. In car audio it makes no difference in most cases but it always something neat to try new things.

Like I said, it's just a temp setup. The more permanant one will involve a flase floor for different amps and a ported box for 4 of the Assassins. Subs firing rear, ports firing up.

The box is .6 cf per driver tuned to 38-39 hz. Ports are 8.5x 1.5" by stupid long. Overall dims of the box are 10x14.5x33.75

Sure.

There are some screw holes in it but for the most part they don't show and I don't think any go all the way through into the interior of the box. It's nice and light so shipping shouldn't be that bad either.
