A8000t Amp Quit On Me!!!!!

bassbeast i just fixed my problem. It was the fuse up by the battery. Mine was blown, and replacing it ($5) fixed the whole problem. Hopefully yours is as easy as mine was. Good luck

 
Well I had that exact same problem, even the bumping noise coming from the sub, disconnected the rca's and it still did it, I found out my ground was loose, so I re-ran the ground and it all worked out, maybe you can do the same, good luck

 
I used to have one of these amps and it did the same thing to me i couldnt figure it out but when i moved the ground wire to a complete different place it started working again

 
I found out my front fuse was burnt a little in the middle but is still attached and works well my car has a fuel safety shit off switch which it hooked to a spot welded peice of metal so i hooked it there i will try it BUT WAIT I FOUND OUT MY friend ran the + - Off my amp to the + - on his amp i figured it prob fried the amp //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif huh

 
Well in the first place i wouldnt my friend did wasnt aware i was wiring up his sub. Is there any way to rapair a channel would the channel make the prot light stay on!

 
its def the amp because i just hooked another amp upto it and its all worked great!! But i wouldnt run the amp just tested it its a kenwood kac-744 4 channel amp!
