a question about my rockfords

i have 2,12 inch rockford HE2's and i bought a 750 watt 4 channel amp is this a good amp for these subs or not

it's a rockford amp,it's the 750x

Okay the only problem I forsee is the fact that the HE2's are dual 4ohm coils aren't they ? That amp when bridged will only handle a 4ohm load.
