Should make a team for 140 db and up guys. or 150 and up. So something like "Team 140+" or the latter

that way audio guys would understand it perfectly and know whats going on

there has to be a way to get to a TL or audio control 190 (pretty close to the TL). or the "make it louder" mic. (which is very spot on to the TL)
