a little help with you tube please

when i go to you tube and lick on any video it brings up the usual page and on the bottom it says done like its done loading the page but theres no movie..even the box the movie plays in doesnt show up..but when i go to yahoo videos and google videos and watch any video it works fine..so any suggestions on why it doesnt work on youtube?

Try totally uninstalling and reinstalling flash or try getting it to play in IE.
