Well here it goes... have a 2004 chevy z71..(silverado)...I am bout to put a bigger system in this rig..I was gunan run it off a jl 500/1....here are my choices..give me inout on this...I cant run to big of subs cus of mounting depth.

2 12's w3v2's

2 12 type r's

1 10 w7

2 12 l7's

...or would yall do a single sub...mabe like a RE Sx or something else..give me input on this one..i want it to be a good bit loud..but my choices are limited because its goign under my seat...thanks

Can you afford two W6v2's?

Out of the ones you listed, I would probably choose either the single W7 or two Type R's.

Personally, I prefer the SQ of the W6v2 over the other choices you listed.

If you're really limited on mounting depth, I know the perfect 10" driver for you...do a search for AE/Stryke Audio. They have a 10" subwoofer with around 2.5" of mounting depth //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

What are you looking for in this system? The JL w6v2 would be a great all around sub, but it does come at a price!!
