a good local custom box

Hey guys I am in NW Florida..I have few questions. I have two sundown ev2 10 's in the proper air space and at the reccomended tuning level but they are in a prefab box..Soundordinance bought from crutchfield. I know a custom well built box will be better but do you guys think it will be noticable?..my prefab box is not that bad and Iput new glue in all the seams but Ithink the ports are too small..those subs move some air even went not getting full rms

yes, custom boxes are better as the box is built for the sub.
