A few wiring questions

hey guys i have a couple of things i wanted to clear up before i install everything, so here goes:

first of all i purchased a Stinger 20 Farad Hybrid Cap from one of the members but i didnt recieve any kind of charging tool...how would i go about hooking this up so i dont shoot sparks from my ***

secondly, im thinking about creating a false floor with fans in order to mount the cap and two amps, but how do i hook up the fans? i have heard people using relays and such, but i also want to add that the cap has 4 remote wire (input or output it doesnt say) could i just run the wire from here? also wtf are they used for?
