Alright here we go:

1) I am wireing 3 amps and a fan can i run these from the ignition power instead of the remote turn on?

2) I have a rear located battery i.e. right next to my amp, do i still need to run my ground to the chassis or can i go strait to my battery?

1. If you want them to be on whenever your car is on, Yes

2. If it's that close, might as well just go straight to the battery
