Well if you are going for low lows, it might not be the right sub for it. as stated in the link below, its best to operate within 35-40hz tuning with the hdc3 15s.

Definitely no on the sealed box. Btw, are you sure its 44 in length/depth? Are you sure its not 44 in width?

Depends back seat of what? Back seat in cars sounds like garbage.. Back seat in a truck can sound decent

2 hdc3 15's only need 9 cuft.

If the box is wedged between back seat and front seat then the subs can sit subs up and port up.

Lol I have one HDC 3.115 on a kicker zx 1,000 @1and clampped 1640 watts ran by 2 autocraft platnims and 0 gauge big 3 along with a 160 amp altenator I smash Lowes I did a 144.8 at 32hz don't hit Lowes my *** and those are the ext limits of how big the box could be in -WHL- so if there's a box with 11 cubes and its H29 inchs I can't use it to tall or say it ls width is28 I can't use it will hit the front seats the box is gonna be different then those specs those are just the specs it has to be in oh and my box now is circular ported with 8 inch wide 22 inch long 5.4 cubes inverted hdc 3.0 15 tuned to 28hz now I have 2 and need a 10 to 12 cubed box sealed or tuned 30-35hz sealed I will port my self why I say sealed it okay to ..

In my opinion u start getting low after 35hz I can play 26 hz but I mean front doors have a heat attack but of course u can't hear it like that
