99 mustang conv. mach 460 system

is there anything special i need to get or do in order to install a whole new system? i want to get a pioneer avic-n4 for the dash, infinty component speakers in the front and whatever size fits for the back. kicker l7 sub and a hifonics amp (later i will add an amp for the speakers). anything i should know before tackling this job? can i use the wires that are already run in the car?
