9887 Equalizer question

Does the parametric equalizer work well on the 9887? I wanted to play around with SQ a little bit, and I was already going to get the 9886. I don't really want to buy an equalizer, say like a half-din one. Just want to mess around with it and maybe learn something. I've never really messed with this before, but I have an understanding on how to do it.

It worked well for me when I had three of these decks. I like the pioneer 800prs better though.

i prefer the 9887 over the 880...i like the para Eq much better....

id save up and get the 9887. Time Correction is a must for me, i love it
