'96 Toyota Avalon needs some lovin...

So I finally got my own car; a '96 Toyota Avalon and it is time to give it some of the loving that it has been asking for a long time. I have included the picture of me and my car for you to get an idea and visualization of what it looks like. Here is what I have been thinking:

Black tinted windows with bright xenon lights and maybe some fog lights

Chrome Rims

Killer Sound System

Other

I know it is an AVALON so I am not going to get any performance parts. If ya think I should go for sound...what kind of sound? I am new to car audio and I not know what to get, name brands, etc. Thanks alot.
