Alright i started this project a few weeks ago and I've had a few problems but managed to get past them. First i started out creating my own sub box and then after finishing it and rode around with that for awhile I decided i wanted more. I blew my first set of subs i had about 2 years (2 1000 watt 400 rms BMX Nitros.) And im kind of borrowing my friends 2 pioneer IMMPs (800 watt 300 rms).
But I want to run 4 subs and i recustomized my box so that i have the 2 800 watts facing towards the front of the car and which ever other 2 subs i decide to get later will face towards the rear of the car (the box is one large one with 4 chambers for each speaker.)
Now running my component speakers i have a Sony xplod XM-GTR2022 amp

Currently this amp overheats bad is what im guessing because if i turn it up too loud it will cut off and go in protect mode and all ill ride around with is bass unless i turn my head unit off and back on then it will work. Any other reason this might be happening?
I also have a audiobahn A8002T that is just for the 2 subs at the moment which is perfectly fine and nice.

I also have a old infinity reference series amp 311a that i used to use for my old subs till i got the 2 newer amps.

Now what i have for you is a few questions...
1) For my other 2 subs im thinking of getting 2 kick compVX's. Im really looking for something around 750-1000 rms subs. Im new to kicker so im kinda wondering for opinions and even better suggestions for my system.

2) Since Im running 2 amps currently 1 for subs and 1 for speakers am i going to need a 3rd or should i just sell the infinity and sony and use the audiobahn for my speakers and buy a new 1500ish rms amp? And if so which is a good suggestion.
3) With all this power going through my car im going to most likely need another battery for my car correct and whats the easiest and cheapest way of doing this? Currently im using the sony and audiobahn and if my lights are on they dim each time the bass hits. But they also did it even with the weak infinity amp also.
