95 Accord pulley bolt

My brothers pulley bolt came off while driving few days ago, weather finally warmed up so i got to look at it. Looks like an easy fix, just need to replace that bolt that holds it in place.

Its the big pulley that helps turn the power steering and alty belts.

question is what is that part called? Not sure how to go about finding the part without going to the dealer. If I have to I will go to dealer.

idk shit about hondas, but harmonic balancer maybe? the pulley that is on the crankshaft?
