93 Honda Accord installation help

Hey everyone i am installing an alpine stereo unit into my 1993 Honda Accord and i took everything out and put in everything without a problem. But when i put the whole bracket in what do i screw it too? When i took out the stock one there were two 8mm bolts holding it in. With this bracket there is no place to screw anything in. I went down to a local car specialty store and they said the whole bracket should just snap in yet it doesnt. Any suggestions?
