made new door panels.

armrest will be either dyed black, or ill go find a gray one at a junkyard if i dont like the dye. but these are the plans for the mids..tweeters can go above the armrest. not much of a selection with the armrest and window crank in the way. dont wanna make a new armrest either.

how did ya make the body of the door panel?

that 1/4" (might even be smaller) hardboard from home depot.. the brown shit thats like smooth on one side. was like 12 bux for a sheet, and i just traced the old rotted door panels (was just a hard cardboard) onto the wood, cut it out, stapled that black plastic top piece back on, cut the holes, and covered it in padding+tweed
