took about 1 hr to do this, LOL

cut 3 holes with my black and decker jig.

fail

the thing moves and blade bends like a *****...

this was the extra i had to trim out becasue of the blade movement.

so i went and bought a badass Bosch 120 dollar one....

and becuase of mine and westons stupidity, and putting the first baffle in before cutting the holes, it was a PITA to get those cut out...good thing its the forth baffle, and the basket shouldnt hit the ends, if it does anywhere, ill just trim it with an angle grinder or something...

Hey Guys should each sub have its own chamber?and the volume to be adjusted each volume for sealed chamber and tune each chamber to freq of ported chamber?each sealed box will be a different volume in each box with different volumes closer you get to the port?is this true G monk or have i been told wrong?but box looks good well on your way sweet.i am going to do a 4th order with 10 10" level 3 dc subs on 5 crunch gp 3000 pros so we will c when start build will post pics to

12 seismic audio 6's (left) 2 eminence beta 8cx's (right), and 2 selenium d250 horns (not pictured) the horns will be screwed to the back of the 8s, they have a 1" threaded opening to make it a coax speaker.

and a few new pics, sealed up the baffle almost completely, have a few spots in the sealed partition to seal up.

can see the last baffle was hard to cut, will trim anything else if it hits the sub, but it was hard to cut since i screwed it in the box before cutting the holes out..lol

as soon as i finish sealing it all up and build the port (tomorrow) ill hit the whole inside of the box with black paint.
