the back wall is 2.5" thick

the sub baffle is that back wall, i just havent cut the holes out yet. i know, it looks like the back of the wall.. lol

Nice job so far! Ya definately build your own router jig. Friend of mine is done with just a piece of lexan and is the easiest thing to use.
