i think ima just run these for now, i dont have the money to spend on good subs ATM.

plus i only have a single 3000d right now, so roughly 3500 (at .5) so thats right around ~195w rms per 12" (given i run 18 12s)

would get pretty loud for 630 bux for all the subs lol

I personaly prefer using woofers in close to max volume rather than next to none.

YES IT DOES!! keeps the uv rays out not the heat sitting on the car all day..

my dads excursion with 5% gets a shit ton hotter than my mini with double 5 and 5% on the windshield...ive got a 35% UV ray tint on my moms windshield and it helps alot though, but for double 5 its alot cooler than you think...have you ever been in a car as tinted as mine?

i'd say get some IA 187's, can go with less, like (12) 12's, with that power. You can prolly get a deal on 12 and they arent that expensive alone. just an idea

yeah the 187 is rated at 300rms, and 3500/12=291, so that would work for you. i know the 187 sub is really impressive with such a low rms rating.

For some odd reason I really like to see the builds with a lot of lower line subs and low(er) power.

It's like rooting for the underdog in a fight.

It also reflects the idea that the box is almost (70%?) of the performace of the substage.
